"The soft and the pliable will defeat the hard and strong." Lao Tzu
Tai Chi is a meditation in movement, a series of connected postures that allow the body to move in a natural way. One part moves, all parts move. One part stops, all parts stop. It is about balancing the hard with the soft.

This gentle exercise suitable for all ages and conditions makes your body stronger and can help heal old injuries. At the same time the slow movement creates mental agility, retrains the posture, helps circulation and flexibility. By moving slowly you learn to be aware of your body and acknowledge how tai chi can help to do this.

Qi Gong is an ancient system of body co-ordination with stillness, movement and breath. Taught here for the benefits to your health.
